Origami Designer Shoes

This shoe represents all of my pattern artwork. 

Pattern art teaches me that within all forms of art, there are shapes and colors. The origami theme reminds me that colors and shapes have been the basis for all forms of art throughout history and by many different cultures. We can learn to express ourselves through art given to us through the history and the beauty that has been brought to us from all around the world. Origami is a traditional Japanese art form which is not only beautiful and used with cultural traditions, but it also has a basis in mathematics worth studying. Art brings us together as human beings and provides a window into the lives and the inspiration of those that we would otherwise never know.

Mischievous Designer Shoes

This shoe represents all of my cartoon artwork. 

Cartoon art teaches me that there are times when we need to have fun and laugh. My cartoon artwork is geared towards children and those who are children at heart. Cartoons remind me that we need to take time every day to smile and laugh, just like children do. Although we are grown up and think we have learned everything that we need to know, we can learn more every day from children and the way a child looks at the world. The dragon theme reminds me that we can be mischievous, cute, and fun at the same time. For the child in all of us, we need to be taking time out of our busy days to have some fun and bring laughter to our lives.

Chibi World Designer Shoes

This shoe represents all of my artwork collections. 

Artwork collections teach me that sometimes we need to stand in the crowd. Although we would all like to be different and unique, we also need to surround ourselves with people who have similar interests in order to be happy and successful. The chibi theme reminds me that diversity and getting to know the cultures and interests of others is important. You can create a magnificent art collection in your life with the people around you, but only by getting to know others and by accepting their unique qualities.
